IBO Open DayOn Saturday 16th July we were pleased to open our doors to members of the IBO (Institute of British Organbuilding). Visitors were treated to a tour of the Brandon manufacturing facility, along with a PowerPoint presentation detailing the manufacturing process of turning their system order into reality. The highlight of the day, however, was the fault finding demonstration given by Malcolm Coulstock ably assisted by Adrian Wadey, our Chief Engineer. It was during this display that our latest products were given a first show to the UK market. Particular interest was shown to our Organist Palette on the iPad, and many visitors were happily seen leaving with their magnetic, wooden cased USB sticks in hand.
Back to Our RootsIn November 2009 we moved the UK factory back to Twickenham Avenue, to the building where we began operations in 1978. P&S Organ Supply has moved into the old J W Walker building and we are right next door. This will provide us with a new more spacious area and next door to our source of woodwork. We have worked closely with P&S over the years including sharing a US office since 1998 and look forward to more collaborative projects in the future.
