Solid State Organ Systems

Take traditional worries out of old-fashioned setters. Thousands of organs still have setter boards. Some players still prefer them. But they don't last. Relay armatures loosen. Contacts oxidise and burn. Not to mention the strain on a Console-wirer's vision. Next time you rebuild a setter-board, fit SSOS piston relays. They're compact, contact-free and even draw less operating power than an old-style relay coil. Each relay's 7-amp load is just fed through diodes to the common contact on the setter switches. And the easily-spotted, well-spaced pins save many a headache and weary eye.
More than one relay for one piston. If you've more than 7 amps' worth of magnets to power, SSOS Piston Relays can simply be joined up and wired to the same piston. Your only constraint is the size of the organ! |
